Information you provide

The service-request form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, project location, selected services, timeframe and project description. We record your consent to be contacted about the request.

How it is used

JayJe uses these details to review the work, contact you and discuss scope and scheduling. The form does not sign you up for a marketing list. Share only the information needed to describe the project.

Website and request processing

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and request routing. Requests are processed by JayJe-specific components on the shared SendForge backend, using Render-hosted infrastructure and SendGrid for service-request notifications. Request records are kept separately from SendForge customer accounts. Submitting this form does not create a SendForge account.

JayJe accounts, messages and payments

JayJe accounts use the shared SendForge sign-in system. Existing SendForge and TabForge accounts can sign in with the same credentials. The portal stores client contact details, conversations, quotes, invoices and payment records. Authorized JayJe administrators can access these records to provide services. Optional Google sign-in uses your verified email address and Google account identifier; an existing account must be signed in before Google can be linked.

Stripe processes card payments on its hosted checkout. JayJe stores the payment amount, status and Stripe transaction identifiers so invoices and receipts can be displayed in your account. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored in the JayJe portal. Project and transaction records are kept while needed to provide services, resolve questions and maintain business records.

Security and storage

Connection information may be processed to protect the form from abuse. The request system uses a temporary hashed identifier for rate limiting. JayJe request records do not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Retention and access

Service-request information is kept while the request and related project records are needed. You can ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion by replying to our follow-up email or submitting the contact form and identifying your earlier request.

Browser storage

The account portal uses essential, secure cookies for sign-in and Google verification. These cookies are inaccessible to page scripts. This site does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The form keeps its current submission state in page memory; it does not save your project details in browser local storage.
